The USPAP Document must be obtained prior to the course and brought to class (either a Book or eUSPAP downloaded on a Tablet, iPad, Laptop, etc) or purchased at the class. You may add a USPAP Book to the Course by selecting "Add to Cart" below.

However, we STRONGLY recommend purchasing the electronic version of USPAP directly from The Appraisal Foundation, as the electronic versions are easily searchable and infinitely more "user friendly." There are currently several electronic versions available including "Flipbook" versions, for eReaders like the iPad, Kindle and Sony Reader. If you receive the USPAP document from your Employer or Organization, there is no need to purchase it again - just bring it with you to class.
