What's New... Laws & Regs BREA now requires a quiz for all live "Laws and Regs" courses. Additionally the Course is now required for qualifying education and reciprocal licenses
OREA NAME CHANGE: Effective July 1, 2013 the Office of Real Estate Appraisers (OREA) became the "Bureau of Real Estate Appraisers" (BREA). There was no change in location or contact information. 2014-15 uspap changes: EFFECTIVE 1/01/2014, USPAP REQUIREs NEW REPORT OPTION LABELS:
The minimum requirements for an "Appraisal Report" will be similar to the requirements for a "Summary Report" - effectively eliminating the "Self Contained" option. "Restricted Use Appraisal Report" becomes a "Restricted Appraisal Report" - with similar requirements.
