• Identifying the Appraisal Problem

• The Appropriate "Scope of Work" Decision 

• Hands-on: Gathering all necessary Data 

• Interior and Exterior Inspection, On Site Sketching and Photographs 

• Hands-on Application and Review of all Three Approaches to Value 

• Completion of a Single Family Residential Appraisal Report

The course is instructed by an experienced State Certified Appraiser and is intended to satisfy the requirements of the California OREA and fulfill qualifying and continuing education requirements imposed by professional organizations, client groups and employers.
