The course is instructed by an experienced AQB Certified USPAP
Instructor and working State Certified Residential Appraiser. It is intended to
meet the continuing education requirements of the BREA, as well as helping
appraisers fulfill the reporting requirements imposed by USPAP and clients for
skilled, meaningful and efficient communication with Intended Users and readers
of appraisal reports. .
This course is an exploration of valuable appraisal reporting
practices beginning with a review of select USPAP reporting obligations. The
course continues as it illustrates the completion of the URAR reporting form
along with compliance requirements of the Uniform Automated Dataset (UAD). An
overview of key reporting areas necessary for the completion of other types of
residential appraisal reports, follows. The course concludes with a
comprehensive study of the art of effective communication through composition of
concise narrative commentary for numerous appraisal situations.
